1. About AptiTechie

Welcome to AptiTechie. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, courses, and live online classes (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by AptiTechie ("we," "us," "our"), based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll independently.
• Learners under 18 may enroll only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on the learner's behalf.
• By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Course Enrollment and Fees

• Course details, including duration, fees, and batch structure, are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
• Full or partial payment, as specified at enrollment, is required to confirm your seat in a batch.
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay or Stripe). We do not store your full card or bank account details.
• Course fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to modify course pricing for future enrollments; fees already paid for an active enrollment will not be affected.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the specific course and is communicated at the time of enrollment.
• Requests for cancellation or refund must be submitted in writing to our support email.
• No refunds will be issued once a batch has commenced, except where required by law or explicitly stated in the course-specific policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected students will be offered a transfer to another batch or a refund.

6. Live Classes and Recordings

• Live classes are conducted via video conferencing tools and require a stable internet connection, device with camera/microphone access, and active participation from learners.
• Live sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, future reference by enrolled students, and instructor training purposes. By joining a live session, you consent to being recorded as part of that class.
• Class recordings, course materials, and any access credentials shared with you are for your personal learning use only and must not be shared, distributed, or resold.
• We are not liable for disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party software outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including video lectures, recordings, written materials, sign language instructional content, graphics, and the AptiTechie Academy name and logo, are the intellectual property of AptiTechie Academy or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written permission.
• Certificates issued upon course completion remain the property of AptiTechie Academy and may be revoked if obtained through misrepresentation.

8. Code of Conduct

While using the Platform or participating in live classes, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against instructors, staff, or fellow students.
• Share or post offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise the security of the Platform.
• Record, redistribute, or publicly share live sessions or course materials without authorization.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove any student from a live session or suspend their account for violating this code of conduct, without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform and courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure quality instruction and accurate course content, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment results, or certification recognition by third parties.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AptiTechie Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or technical disruptions.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data from live classes and recordings.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may rely on third-party services, including payment gateways and video conferencing tools. Your use of such services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies, which we encourage you to review.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without refund where applicable.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
