By enrolling in a course with AptiTechie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

At AptiTechie, we want every student to feel confident about enrolling in our courses. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our live online classes and courses.
By enrolling in any course on our Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Enrollment Confirmation
- Your seat in a batch is confirmed only after successful payment through our payment gateway partner (Razorpay/Stripe).
- You will receive a confirmation email with your enrollment details, batch schedule, and access instructions once payment is successful.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase/enrollment date. You have not completed or accessed more than 25% of the course or program content.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the content or attending a live session, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
- The course content was significantly different from the description provided at the time of enrollment.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Courses or programs where more than 25% of the content or live sessions have been accessed.
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the content or attending a live session, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
- Purchases or enrollments made more than 7 days ago.
- Free trial conversions, once the trial period has ended.
- One-on-one coaching or live session fees, once the session has occurred.
- Downloadable resources or course materials that have already been accessed or downloaded.
- You are removed from a batch for violating our Code of Conduct (as outlined in our Terms and Conditions).
- Promotional, discounted, or bundled course enrollments, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Missed live sessions or "no-shows" due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or technical issues on your end (e.g., poor internet connection, lack of a compatible device).
4. Cancellation by the Student
4.1 Before the Batch Starts
- If you cancel your enrollment before the batch start date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment gateway transaction charges (typically 2-3%).
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our support email along with your registered name and transaction ID.
4.2 After the Batch Has Started
- You remain within the refund eligibility window described in Section 2 — generally, within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of the course.
- If you attend the first live class and decide the course isn't the right fit, you may request a partial refund within this window. A deduction will be made for the session(s) already attended and any administrative/transaction charges.
- Once you are outside the 7-day window, or have accessed more than 25% of the content or live sessions, no refunds will be issued, as course materials, instructor time, and batch resources have already been allocated.
- Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion.
5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by AptiTechie
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If we cancel a batch entirely, you will be offered:
- A transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost, or
- A full refund of the amount paid
- If a batch is rescheduled (e.g., shifted by a few days or a different time slot), we will notify you in advance and accommodate reasonable concerns where possible.
6. Rescheduling Your Enrollment
- If you are unable to continue with your current batch due to genuine reasons (e.g., scheduling conflict, illness), you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch instead of a refund, subject to seat availability.
- Transfer requests must be made before completing more than 25% of the current batch and should be submitted in writing to our support email.
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment.
- Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider after the amount is released by AptiTechie.
- Transaction or gateway charges deducted by Razorpay/Stripe at the time of payment are non-refundable.
8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a cancellation, refund, or batch transfer, please email us with the following details:
- Full name (as registered)
- Registered email address
- Course name and batch details
- Transaction ID / payment reference
- Reason for the request

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our course structure or business practices. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued enrollment in our courses after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
